Not sure if these are guys in this gif? and if they are posing for the camera or what. Looks like they are dressed in drag disturbing traffic to me...

    That looks fake to me. Looks like the people have been superimposed on to the video.

    Watch the person in the pink dress, his left foot seems to disappear in to the asphalt.
