The other motorcycle was passing, using the opposing lane, and speeding. He was clearly at fault. Do you ever look behind you when you are making a left turn? No!
Hey guys! Look closely... he DID look behind himself. The other guys was going WAY too fast. For sure the speeders fault.
When you're driving on the right side of the road I would fucking hope you look behind you before making a left...
It is clearly the camera dude who is to blame. He distracted everyone.
