Some heavier than air, gently flamable gas.
My guess would be alcohol that's evaporated and filled the bottle. Not quite sure how there's enough oxygen in the bottle though to let it burn and not explode.
We have all fell flat on our face a few times, just lucky enough to not have a camera rolling! WHINY comments will go directly to the spam folder...
