    Actually, it wasn't a legal block. Most times when there is helmet to helmet contact, it will be penalized. Especially when the contact is so severe.

    Actually helmet to helmet is for when you lead with your helmet not incidental contact. If it was for everytime helmets hit there would be flags every play. This was totally legal by Bell.
